Since as far back as I can remember, I've been "the planner". It all started with a "small" sweet 16, then quickly evolved into Sorority Philanthropy events during undergrad, and soon after— all my family & friends weddings.
Now, with hundreds of weddings under my belt, I can confidently say, I have found my niche. As they do say, if you love what you do, you never work a day in your life— and right "they" are.

As a newly engaged couple, you are experiencing flying emotions, a barrage of questions, and incredible excitement… as expected, most couples have no idea where to go from there, and that’s where the art of the coordinator comes into play! And honestly, we want nothing more than to be there from the start of the journey.

You need to go to the bathroom? We’ll hold your dress. Forgot your vows at home? Remember you emailed them to us, here's a printed copy. Oh, no! I didn’t let the dog out. Not to worry, just sent an assistant to your house to let him out. Need some water? Cold or room temperature? Don’t worry, we got you.

Partial & Full Planning
Just like any business, AAE is evolving & growing. In 2023 and beyond, we are only offering Full Planning and Partial Planning services to our wedding clients.
We no longer offer day-of or month-of coordination, as the crucial planning comes well before that. We view the event day as a celebration of all the work that came before.
Most engaged couples are aware that they need a coordinator to run the day-of the event, so family and friends aren't tasked with details, missing memories. What most do not know, is that the reality of having a day-of coordinator, someone who simply just walks into the event, knowing little to nothing prior, and with zero understanding of the couples' vision, is really, quite a... nightmare. Planning isn't an easy feat.
As a newly engaged couple, you aren't prepared for all that is going on... The excess of attention, expectations from all angles, and putting together a budget from thin air, all the while keeping up with workplace commitments. Our advice to you: hire professionals to help. Doing so is the only way to make sure the vision you have dreamed about your whole life comes to fruition with ease.
We offer 2 types of Packages:
Partial & Full Planning.
Determining which package is suitable for you will depend on how much you would like to be involved in the planning process:
Partial Planning offers professional guidance from day one. From quality vendor referrals to suit your vision, basic design guidance, and an assigned coordinating professional to guide your planning timeline with monthly check-ins. At 6 months out from your event date, our team of professionals will take the reins of the event, allowing you to take a step back to enjoy the rest of the process.
With Full Planning, we curate every detail of your wedding from day one: finding and booking your Venue of your dreams, customizing your event design, offering tailored vendor options to suit your budget and vision, negotiating with, and contracting all vendors, exclusive budget management, and full event coordination from start to finish. This package is for the couple that wants a professional taking complete reigns of the process, full-time.
The magic we take pride in: mutually choosing clients who want to embark on this journey with us. It’s personal, it’s real, it’s not always pretty. You must like us (you are entrusting us with your vision and the most money you’ve spent in a single day), and we must like you too. This connection is vital for the process, and I personally like to design and find unique niches that personify the couple in the finest of details.
