Megan + Travis

a Tyni Fairy Tale

Our friendship began during our undergrad, between Megan and myself, I had the privilege to get to know Megan through the world of being Delta Zeta Presidents. Many nights we would be up on the phone talking, elongating car rides so we can continue our deep conversations and we very much shared our love for taking aggression out on the soccer field. Never would I think that some moons later, I would be coordinating the wedding between her and her High School Sweetheart, Travis. I had many years of getting to know the two, together and individually, completely agreeing that these two were soulmates and are so lucky to have found each other at 13 years old. At the time of the Proposal, Megan was working on her Teaching Credential and Masters Program, leaving all the wedding planning to her mother and I. I was given the utter trust to seek and book all vendors, and plan everything with Momma Tyni through the completetion. Talk about a DREAM client!!!!!

I was given the complete trust from a dear friend whose relationship I believed in, in its entirely; and I knew well enough to know what she would really want. Imagine this, knowing 2 people pretty well, that they just hand over their budget and WANT to just “walk into” their wedding day. Obviously the pressure was on, but it was the most enjoyable journey for myself, as the planner, being so confident I knew what would make their special day perfect.

One of the most enjoyable experiences of my professional career, as I was given the honor of watching the sparkle in both Megan and Travis’s eyes. Because, quite frankly… I nailed it.
